Sorry! No returns. No refunds. All sales are final. However, we accept exchanges if you wish to exchange for a different size.

 

LOST PACKAGE?

(WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES)

Try these 3 steps.

1. Sometimes the USPS can mix mailboxes. Ask your neighbor if they might have gotten your package by mistake. 

2. Call your local post office and give the USPS your tracking number. They will be able to tell you what the delay is caused by.

3. Finally, if the USPS cannot help you. Email us at sleepyeyecrew@gmail to see if the package got returned to us because of an invalid address. 

 

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We do not profit on international shipping. To ship overseas from California, USA is expensive. Sleepy Eye Crew is a small local company. We do not have distribution locations anywhere else. The price you pay is the price we pay to ship it to you. We apologize for the high costs, but unfortunately we do not control those prices.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE FOR A NEW SIZE? (DOMESTIC ONLY)

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact us about exchanging. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DISCLAIMER

We use USPS to ship all international orders. All customers will receive a tracking number via USPS. * We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages *

Once we ship your item and it goes overseas we cannot control the rest of your item's journey to you. If something goes wrong, you can contact your country's customs office to ensure your package gets to you safely. 

We do not offer exchanges/ refunds for international orders. All sales are final. International orders may get an import tax on their purchases. We do not control this, so please keep in mind of that tax when you are ordering from a country outside of the United States.
